Brilliant location providing a wonderful stay with a clean room with the most comfortable bed/ fabulous value!

Nothing at all!

Fabulous and friendly staff nothing was too much for them . Let us leave our rucksacks all day until room was ready and the whole of the next day after checking out . Room was Very clean and comfortable. The bedding and sheets were excellent .

Just the bacon needed to be cooked more but other than that nothing .

Lovely staff, great location, beautiful old building,parked up before check in,no problems,staff happy to help, excellent breakfast.

The location is great and the breakfast and the bar food in the evening was very good.

The room we were given was on the 3rd floor of the property with several flights of stairs to climb , at 62 and with rheumatisam in both knees i found it difficult. Also the bathroom was the smallest I've ever been in.

Location about 100 yards from centre of Bowness with access to everything. Staff so welcoming. Food in the Royal Oak very good at reasonable prices. Outside and inside dinning. Beds very comfortable. Ample tea and coffee making facilities. Quiet at night.shower provides hot water.☺️. Towels provided together with shower gel and shampoo. ( Should you need them) A very pleasant stay.Its not a dislike but could be updated a bit.
