Almost all of the staff were friendly and helpful, with one in particular going out of her way to solve an issue. Facilities are in reasonable shape considering the building's age

Parking spaces can be an issue if you have a car longer than compact size, with alternatives some distance away

Location. The lady that checked us in & was there on day 1&2 was very engaging recommending places to go for walks & eat. Also the bar team added a warmth glow to the atmosphere.

The bed wasn’t to our liking. We left personal belongings & when my wife call the hotel the lady who answered (not the same as earlier comment) was quite abrupt & wasn’t really understanding what was being said, she just seemed in a rush to get off the call, which was disappointing.
