The girl that showed us to the room was very pleasant

The pub was not very desirable. We had to wait at the bar to check in which felt very unprofessional. The area was very run down ,glossop is definitely somewhere I would never go again and tell others to avoid

We loved it, had the best night's sleep in a long time. Only negative points are noise from the pub downstairs till really late but that's to be expected staying over a pub... I managed a bath but then there was no hot water for my partner, and the heating went off in the night so we were absolutely freezing. Other than that though we'd definitely stay again. Perfect location, friendly staff, clean and comfortable.

Comfortable, right in the centre of town and friendly staff. The perfect place for a trip to glossop.

Had a tiny bit of difficulty getting the shower to work. It did work in the end but it was fiddly to get started and a bit dated.

Good food and great location, friendly staff.

Woken up at 4.30 am Noisy people outside on street Room was cold all night, tried to turn on radiator, nothing happened, only a thin duvet and no heating again in the morning

Staff friendly, room comfortable and warm with a good view and great location.

Towel was a bit on the small side for a chunky bloke.
