Norfolk Arms

Stayed for 1 night when attending a party in Glossop. Staff were all great and the room was perfectly good for our needs. Clean, tidy and well equipped. Would definitely use again.

Bedroom was comfortable. Staff were very helpful.

Room faced the front and the traffic light controlled crossroads. My ear plugs helped a lot. Ask for a room at the back? Kitchen / proper breakfast not available until 10.00. Continental from 8.00am.

The loud music blasting after hours! Not considerate for families staying in the hotel! Nothing stated this previous to booking! Seemed like the place is being ran by kids..waited at the bar a good length of time before I had to walk up to the bar tender who was skipping in and out of the front of the pub messing about with friends laughing about at another table..not actually noticing there are people waiting. We had no cutlery and our dinner had been sat there long enough by this point! No one seems to know what they are doing!
