Staff never answer your emails or anything non existence customer service. Bathroom door broken couldn't close it no privacy! Room filthy! The young girl didn't clean it and didn't look like see wanted to be there. We came into the room with filthy towel shower mat and shower from the guests in the room before us!! 2025 this is not good enough standards! And the room wasn't cheap atall either so disappointing! The place is in bits and noisey paper thin walls and floors!

ESMuy confortable la habitación. El alojamiento está en el centro del pueblo y hay muy buen ambiente en el pub por las noches. El personal muy atento y agradable.
DEDie Lage mitten in Padstow ist super. Das Zimmer ist schön eingerichtet. Man hat alles, was man braucht. Leckeres Frühstück und freundliches Personal.
Parken ringsum kann man aufgrund der direkten Innenstadtlage vergessen. Deswegen muss man einen etwas längeren Weg zu Fuß mit Gepäck einplanen. Zudem sind die Wände sehr dünn, dass man aus dem Pub alles hört und auch von der Dachterrasse. Ich konnte dadurch erst sehr spät schlafen - war aber auch an einem Samstagabend über Nacht dort.
GBLocation was great, advice about parking was very helpful, the room was very clean and well equipped.
It was a little noisy early in the morning, however the central location and the old historic building accounts for this. This would not put us off visiting again, but l will bring earplugs next time. Great place at a great price.
