Staff member in restaurant was unhelpful. Eventho we were residents she told unless we went in to restaurant now we wouldn’t get a table. Lots of free tables.

Central location in town centre . Comfortable bed. Good quality towels. Temperature in room comfortable.

Very noisy. Lots of noise from bar below and outside until 2am. Soundproofing between rooms poor, could hear guests using bathroom 😱. No mirror in bedroom so can’t see to Blow dry hair or dress. Unable to park at property even in March

Dusty blinds. Glass panel above door allowing light into room when we went to bed. Beds were not the greatest for sleeping on.

Zero sound proofing with room above. Was awful. Shower cold and drain blocked meaning the whole bathroom flooded, soaking my running socks before doing an 18 mile run. No blinds on bathroom or front door window meaning zero privacy. TV not working on arrival but eventually managed to reconnect aerial cable under bed. Table reserved for dinner was not actually reserved on arrival, with staff Intially saying they couldn’t help. Actually staff turned out to be okay. Then despite the room be horrendous and not getting much sleep, we were charged an extra £10 to have the checkout one hour later. Do not stay in this hotel unless it’s less than £40 per night. We paid £100 and deserve a refund. £100 and couldn’t even shower!!

Cosy room, comfy bed, hot shower. Great location.

The glass panel above the bedroom door lighting up the room with the hall light when trying to sleep! Sink taps in the en suit bathroom (very noisy and water splashes everywhere as they are those press down ones).
