The Lamb and Flag Inn

An evening meal was avaliable in the pub downstairs.

The strange smell in the hallway.

There was nothing special just a basic room, I have stayed at the Lamb several times and I will definitely stay there again because it is very handy to where I need to be

There is nothing i didn't like as I said it is just a basic room ideal for my needs.

Perfect location, comfortable beds, good hot powerful shower....friendly staff.

Nothing really other than bit of road noise but it's on main road so we expected it.

Very accommodating nice staff…we came for the weekend green laning so was good for what we needed…shower was good and pub was good…didn’t get to use the restaurant as it was fully booked so must be a good sign

The only thing I didn’t like was the mattress You could feel the springs

We stayed for one night and was disappointed. One light bulb on the room which made it hard to see. Ridiculous room shape so you could barely move around room. Unbelievably loud throughout the evening and the bar next doors music was way

Great location

Mattress was terrible in room 2 (end of corridor on the left). Had no sleep at all. You could feel all the springs Mattress is in desperate need of replacing. We did mention this on check out.
