Easy check in, nice staff and accommodation clean, warm and comfortable

It was all good for our needs!

Shower curtain didnt reach the tray , so flooded the bathroom

The restaurant food was very good and the Staff were friendly

The Fire alarm kept going off from half 5 in the morning

The room was basic, but it had everything I needed and was comfortable, and well located for where I wanted to be. It was very good value for money.

Only a small car park, but I was able to get a place, which was good, otherwise you would have to park in a nearby car park and walk back. It is on a very busy street.

Lovely helpful staff - TV wasn't working, they went out to get replacement batteries. Still didn't work, lol, turned it off at the wall in the end! Lovely generous size room. Happy with dogs in the room and at the bar.

Parking! Please remove from the category on booking.com that says parking is available, as it isn't. I get up early anyway, but if parked on a road nearby you need to move your car by 8am.

Location of the room inevitably above a busy trunk road did make sleep a little difficult - but that goes with the location.

Room was comfortable for what we required

When checking in, didn’t feel welcome unfortunately. Although I had mentioned I was bringing my dog, it seemed an inconvenience that I did.
