The excellent food , the good quality of the Bedroom and en suite. The bed was very comfortable.

The food portions were too generous for us. This is not a complaint but perhaps they could offer a smaller plate menu?

"A good choice to break a long journey"

Reception was excellent - friendly and helpful staff. Important when you’ve been driving for six hours. Room was comfortable and love that the shower was big. Breakfast was ample. Would definitely stay here again and would highly recommend Percy Arms as a stopover, which it was for us. I believe it would be an excellent place for a longer stay as well.

Lovely room, attentive staff, comfy bed and roll top bath was an added bonus. Best night's sleep I have had in a while.

Nothing not to like. An all round great stay!
