"Very good value for the price paid"

accommodation was clean and tidy, breakfast very good

the rooms were very cold at night and in the morning. Had to ask for heating to be put on at these times

Level access shower. Mixer shower with warm water. Decent WiFi and large TV on wall in front of the bed. Comfortable bed. A small desk and chairs.

Chairs are a bit flimsy

Was very noisey, the installed the bathroom next door rite behind our bed , the window would shut , so wind blowing through and very noisey off the road busy road

Its accessibility is great as near family, always great breakfast and staff always great and friendly , great new shower in room definitely an improvement

Only slight criticism, bin hadn't been emptied in room and floor definitely hadn't been swept,
