Great location/lovely friendly staff / good breakfast

Stayed before when previous management and this is definitely an improvement-clean refurbishment and car parking available-walking distance to shops and good system of having an out of hours door and key separate to main bar -great sized room.Biscuits on the drinks tray was a nice touch and bathroom supplies

Cereal before cooked breakfast did app to be on offer-however the cooked breakfast was a good size and tasted good too. Reported the toilet seat was loose - was actually quite funny as it wasn't attached correctly and suddenly slipped -think as refurbishment was ongoing it was an oversight.

Staff very friendly. Large room. Kitchen facility.

Room stank of stale smoke - made all our belongings (and us) smell. Lock on door hard to open - someone was shouting loudly outside the room to get someone upstairs to let them in at 1 O'Clock in the morning, then stomping up the stairs.

Bed a bit small. Room a bit on the small size, breakfast ok. Staff very helpful and plesant

Really there was nothing to dislike

Everything good except bed needs attention

Breakfast very good and the staff were lovely Hotel was clean and in a good location for us Very happy and would come back again

Nothing I can think of maybe a later check out
