The room was upgraded for me. The two staff members were lovely and very accommodating. I did sleep well.

I was offered two rooms the first was not clean. I was given another better room. It was still poorly cleaned, there were cobwebs in the corners. The room was cold. I did ask for the heating to be on which they did for a couple of hours. It was cold in the morning.

The breakfast was excellent!

Loved it but unfortunately we got the room that had not been renovated for probably 50 years! I appreciate it takes time to renovate but when you go to your room and all the rooms look modern and sophisticated and we get to ours which looked like a room from a horror film like the shining! Sorry guys a heads up would have been nice! I appreciate it was a busy weekend for you but was a little shocked. The arms and breakfast was amazing but the room was definitely a let down as we booked so far in advance

A little noisy first night but it was a Saturday so to be expected.

Bed mattress too soft and a bit low.

Issues parking ,not able to park on last night and had to go onto side street.
