"Charmante, ruhige Oase in Miraflores"

Die Casa Baraybar ist ein idealer Ausgangspunkt für Unternehmungen in Lima. In einer ruhigen und sicheren Gegend gelegen, fühlt man sich augenblicklich wohl. Durchs Viertel zu flanieren, macht große Freude, da gibt es den Markt, kleine Restaurants mit peruanischen Spezialitäten, guten Kaffee, und die Atmosphäre ist entspannt. Nur wenige Schritte entfernt liegt der gepflegte Maria Reiche Park, die Kulisse bildet der wilde Pazifik. Von hier führt ein malerischer Weg von Park zu Park bis ins Künstlerviertel Barranco. Das Zimmer ist sehr gemütlich eingerichtet, das Bad schön, und morgens genießt man ein liebevoll zubereitetes Frühstück. Tee, Wasser, Kaffee stehen rund um die Uhr bereit. In diesem B&B mit Self-Check-in (nach Zusendung eines Ausweisfotos erhält man unkompliziert alle Zugangsdaten) wird man von einem herzlichen Team empfangen. Eine wirklich empfehlenswerte Adresse im oft hektischen Lima.

"Esperaba mejor calidad-precio"

Me encantó la atención de Lucía, quién me recibió a mi llegada y me ayudó mucho primera guardando Mi equipaje y luego entrgandome la habitación con mucha antelación a la hora oficial de check-in. También fue muy amable atendiendo durante los desayunos. Gracias a ella me sentia cómo en Casa.

La habitación individual me decepcionó mucho. La habitación erä muy básica sin ninguna decoración o comodidad que pueda destacar (tenía cama individual contra la oared, debajo de una ventana sin vistas (con colchón duro). Además olo había un taburete de plástico, un mueblecito pequeño con 2 estantes y un armario pequeño en la habitación. El baño estaba sin reformar y sin ningún estante o lugar donde colocar el cepillo de dientes y los demás cosas. Tampoco había enchufe en el baño. Solamente había personal por las mañanas: Lucía y alguien más para limpiar. No habia nadie en la recepción para pedir ayuda, consejos, información...
