La posizione è ottima, in una zona molto tranquilla. La camera era essenziale ma spaziosa e gli spazi in comune molto carini. Colazione buona. I gestori sono stati super gentili e disponibili. Ci hanno permesso di fare un early check-in pagando un prezzo aggiuntivo e anche di usufruire della colazione nonostante non fosse prevista per il giorno in cui siamo arrivati, cosa che abbiamo molto apprezzato!

Mi hanno inviato il codice sbagliato per la box dove era custodita la chiave, ma per fortuna era presente in struttura il gestore che mi ha aiutato subito a risolvere il problema. Non era poi pronto uno dei tre letti nonostante avessimo prenotato per tre persone, ma hanno provveduto a gestire subito anche questo problema.

The location is very good

I had stayed at this property before and had a great experience, which is why I chose to book again. The location is convenient and the place itself is decent. However, this time the experience was not as smooth. Upon arrival, the access code initially did not work, and I was assigned a twin room instead of the double room I had booked. The issue was resolved after contacting them, and I was moved to another room. However, this room did not have working air conditioning. Carlos, a staff member, was helpful and polite he showed me the room and informed me about the AC issue, asking if it was okay. I appreciated his assistance. However, the person communicating with me on WhatsApp neither mentioned the issue beforehand nor offered any apology for the inconvenience. I accepted the room as it at least had a fan, although the situation could have been handled better. Overall, it was an okay stay, but there is definitely room for improvement in communication and in ensuring that guests receive the room category they originally booked. Additionally, it seems that the air conditioning may not be reliable, as I experienced similar issues during my previous stay as well.
