The air-conditioning thats about it. Will never rebook here.

No WiFi offered, no hot water jug, towels were hard, room has no windows, the hot water in the shower didn't work .. I will never stay here again.

A lot of establishments nearby.

I booked 4 rooms, some of the rooms although locked can still be jimmied to open. They claim to have guards “roving” empty rooms at night, it entered one of our rooms and we heard him shuffling in our things. When we complained the staff had the nerve to ask us why was the door unlocked.

Straightforward checked in & out with polite & helpful staff. Centrally located with all the amenities needed. However, it’s in a quiet part of area. Since it a low rise building, there’s no lift to the third floor which my 20kg suitcase was brought to my room by a staff. Basic accommodation with a single & double beds with clean bed sheets & towels provided. Well ventilated with windows, aircon & lights. En suite bathroom with hot water for shower. No toilet roll but a bum gun available. A pail & tabu for usual Filipino bath. For a budget traveller, I highly recommend this place.

No lift to the 3rd floor in case you’re having heavy luggage.
