They were very responsive and they allowed us to check in late since our bus was delayed. The person handling customer service was nice. They allowed my sister in law to arrive ahead of us and checked in first. We arrived a little after 8am and checked out at 11am of the same day. We had enough time to take a bath and freshen up.

The tiles in the bathroom did not feel safe because it was slippery. I recommend that bathroon slippers be provided I hope. There was one block of tile on the wall that looks like its going to fall.

Place is near the bus terminal, SM Naga and LCC. It is very convenient to stay here.

Bidet was leaking and bathroom still had leftover soap from the previous occupant.
