Comfortable bed.

Bathroom and room with Ants crawling around and Aircon was not working properly. No restaurant to eat in the hotel.

Location is good - a bit further along the baywalk but its just 5-10 minutes walk to the popular restaurants etc. Nice and quiet with direct beach access - the further end of the surfing spot is directly infront of the hotel. The building itself is well designed and we loved the rooftop terrace with great views of the beach and surf. The rooms are quite basic (accurate to the photos) but comfortable and clean. Excellent value for money compared to other hotels in the area!

Some maintenance required. But it didn't affect our stay :)
