I arrived around 12 AM, and the caretaker was incredibly patient, waiting to ensure I arrived safely—I truly appreciated that. The room was clean, and the WiFi was strong and stable (which, as a VA, I was especially grateful for!). The house is in a fantastic location in Sabang, just a short distance from the beach. They also connected me with an amazing tour guide who made my Baler experience unforgettable. I highly recommend this place!

I just wish I could have stayed longer!

"Fantastic Hosts"

Mary Jane, Ronnie and Benedict, were wonderful hosts. I felt at home from the moment I got there. They even invited me to Mary Jane birthday. Room was clean, shower worked very well. Certainly consider staying there again. They also gave me a lift back to the bus station early in the morning.

A kettle in the room would be helpful. The window curtains need backing sheet to cut out the street light in the room at night.

"Everything is perfect. The owners treated us like their own child. They were caring, generous and fun to talk with."

The place is so clean and peaceful area to stay in. Almost everyday they clean the area. Nearby convenience stores and resto bars. Bonus is the mountain view and their terrace where you can stay and watch the ocean.

Not that we didn’t like the property but giving some tips to increase their popularity by giving complimentary drinks or snacks.

The hosts is very accommodating. The room and facilities are very clean. A garage for my big bike is available. Great value for money.
