Isaguirre's Pension House

Great location. Close eA great top roof with a perfect view overlooking the town and the surrounding area. Good location - very close to the beach but not on beach front, and close to city center. Friendly and helpful owners. Good and clean shower with decent hot water (remember to ask for a room with that option, it is worth the small price difference).

Several roosters in the area, so I woke up every day at sunshine. I guess it's the same case with all hotels in this city, since I have seen them all over. During my stay there was a construction work in the building next to the hotel, so it was kind of noisy, but it is probably a temporary issue.

I honestly love the accomodating staff and owner... love the location and cleanliness of the place highly recommended.

The best part is the hospitality of the owners. If you want a caring family that represents the hospitality of Filipinos, this is the place to stay. I traveled with a toddler, PWD, and seniors and they were very accommodating and helpful. You cannot get that kid of service from regular hotels. The 2nd floor rooms have water heater for shower, YEAYYY!!!. The 3rd floor got nice view and bar area. The 4th floor had 360 view. I highly Recommend this place!

Other than busy narrow street which is expected in small town like this, I LIKE EVERYTHING!

My stay was perfect. The owners and staff are so nice and accommodating. The room was very well maintained. Clean and comfortable. Beautiful terrace at the top floor with a view to the ocean which is a 1-2 minute walk. Bare in mind this is a simple place done well. No swimming pool and luxury stuff. For its purpose it is just perfect.
