"Really great little hidden gem!"

The room was spacious, clean comfortable with good WiFi. Loved the shower and bath and it was very warm and cosy. Its also a very friendly place to stay! Loved the Thursday night pie

Given that they dont do breakfast, a little fridge would come in handy for breakfast things like juice or yogurts etc

This is a room-only venue, which was perfect for us. Spacious, comfy and clean. No breakfast, but the garden centre in Gilberdyke served breakfast, which was great. There is a bar downstairs and seating outside.

It is situated on a reasonably busy road during the day, so there was a bit of traffic noise.
