Staff is very friendly and will help you with anything you need (booking hot balloons, transportation, tours, etc.). They even let you cook by yourself if wish so. Facilities are great, very clean, cozy, warm and beautiful. Location is amazing. Very close to all major towns and museums (4km - 1hr walking - 5mins by car, taxi around 4 eur). Breakfast is fine. 100% recommended.

Beautifiul hotel and a landmark on its own as it is one of the first ten pensions of Cappadocia in the 80's. Location is perfect as all the main attractions are minutes away at acalm town that still offers good dinning. Terrace is perfect for watching the sunrise as balloons fly over the hotel when wind is hitting in the right direction. Located close to hostorical ruins which are also perfect to watching the sunrise and sunset. Staff is very friendly, Bülent the owner made us feel at home immediately and even cared for my wife and other guests who were feeling unwell. He also helped us to arrange all activities and to organize a plan to tour arround the region. It is very kind of them to have tea available for the guests 24/7, it allows you to go to the terrace and enjoy a cozy view of the panorama at anytime. Overall we highly recommend to create your holiday memories here, we cant wait to go back!

Pillows could be a bit more comfortable and at the street facing rooms we could hear the noise from outside.

My friend and I both loved this hotel, a true gem of a place. We shared a room with two beds and it was cleaned to perfection upon request. Breakfast was fantastic. It was a lovely buffet in the classic Turkish style with breads, cheeses, eggs, olives, cucumbers, tomatoes, cakes, fruits, endless tea and coffee---simply delicious. The view of the balloons was wonderful, including from the rooftop terrace, but also from our room. The staff was phenomenal. Five star all the way. I didn't get her name but the head cook actually stood at the front door to bid us good-bye on our final day. I felt like royalty. The employees here understand what hospitality means. Great value for money too. A winner.

Everything was perfect!

The breakfast was very good and tasty. The staff was friendly and helpful. The rooms were small but clean and cozy. There is a perfect view from the terrace on the roof from which you can watch the balloons in the morning.

The room's cleaning was only on request.

The staff and owner all of them are very friendly and welcoming. They treated me like a family member and took care of everything that’s needed. Bülent, Esra, Filiz have become very close in such a short stay. I would recommend it for everyone as the place is very close to all the famous activities and must see spots and the best part is the hotel itself and its staff. Never had such welcoming experience before.
