Kappa Tengoku

The staff is very attentive and makes a strong effort to communicate in English. Although the room and furniture are old, the overall experience was not compromised. When you leave the train station, the hotel is very close but this is not easy to understand in google maps, specially at night. Someone from Staff was observing from the top and came to meet us. That was a relief and very very kind.

A breakfast would be helpful although you have a 7 Eleven minutes from the hotel.

Super convenient the location is right behind the train station. Really beautiful area

The host kindly agreed to cancel the second night free of charge, which I truly appreciated. They also found the sweater I left behind and safely returned it to me. I truly appreciate their kindness and help. 👍👍

房间比较大，离箱根汤本站也很近，还有浴衣可以体验一下，晚上关灯的时候发现天花板的星星是荧光的，很有趣，很喜欢

It is so so so so close to the center of Hakone-Yumoto. It is reasonably priced the room was spacious the staff was incredibly nice their Hot Springs bath is great in short couldn't be better.

I liked everything about the property!
