駅近くで部屋もきれいだった。 スタッフさんも親切

部屋のテレビの位置が家族で見える場所にあれば良かったと思う。

离箱根汤本很近，交通很方便，温泉很舒服

La struttura ha delle belle camere e un bellissimo Onsen utilizzabile dai clienti. È vicinissimo alla stazione, comodo per chi deve spostarsi velocemente, e vicina al centro quindi comodissimo anche per spostarsi a piedi nella città.

一出箱根湯本車站飯店就在右手邊，飯店的樓梯比較多，剛到飯店正要搬行李上樓梯時剛好遇到服務人員，他們非常好心主動幫我們搬行李，房間及溫泉都很乾淨，整體而言是很棒的住宿體驗。

溫泉池的水有點燙，不過房間泡澡的水也是溫泉水，仍然可以享受溫泉。

Posizione perfetta, adiacente alla stazione di Yumoto che si trova in centro paese. La nostra stanza era spaziosa e confortevole, bagno con acqua termale e pulizia impeccabile. Gradevole l' onsen che l' hotel mette a disposizione dalle 7 alle 21. Staff gentile, ci hanno anticipato i check in mattinata. Ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo Consigliatissimo.

Nulla da segnalare. La scalinata per raggiungere l'hotel non ci ha creato problemi in quanto solitamente viaggiamo con bagaglio leggero.

Location and onsen

It was smelling a lot a gas, we thought that was dangerous

The location was perfect! Right behind the train station and next to the Main Street so everything was very accessible. The building was charming, the staff exceptionally sweet, and the hot spring was so nice.

I thought we booked a double bed but instead it was two twins, which ultimately is fine, just not my preference.
