El servicio, fueron muy amables y abiertos con las peticiones de los huéspedes.

Nada, todo bien. Únicamente hay que tomar en cuenta la ubicación ya que no es en el centro de la ciudad, por lo que para hospedarse ahí es preferible tener vehículo propio.

El hotel Balcón de Reyes fue realmente excepcional. De verdad, todo estaba impecable. La piscina y el jacuzzi eran magníficos. Limpieza perfecta, equipamiento de la habitación, colchón cómodo, tranquilidad en el establecimiento y, sobre todo, una acogida EXCEPCIONAL. La amabilidad y la disposición del equipo hicieron que la estancia fuera perfecta. Agradezco a la responsable su valiosa ayuda y su amabilidad. La ubicación es genial, el lugar es magnífico. Lo MEJOR es, sin duda, el desayuno. Lo recomiendo encarecidamente.
