Although the entrance is steep and narrow, we were able to get our SUV pulling a trailer with my son's race car on it down the hill, around the hotel and out with no problem. They accommodated our oversized load with kind friendliness. The onsite restaurant-cafe was amazing. Gourmet sandwich options, fabulous decor and an amazing view of the lake. We had planned to go out to eat at our favorite restaurant in Ibarra and are so pleased that we decided to stay. Although we did not have a chance to enjoy the inviting pool, the family-size hot tub/jacuzzi was a perfect place to wind down after the long drive. The closeness to Yaguarcocha Lake / Autodromo was appreciated as well. El Balcon de los Reyes has a special energy that is hard to describe in words, but is felt the moment you arrive and missed as soon as you leave. We will surely be back for a much longer stay!

If the pool had been a little warmer on the cool night we arrived, we would have enjoyed it. I didn't like how short my time was there...I would have enjoyed a MUCH longer stay.

Very nice. Clean, comfortable, hot water, quiet and a wonderful view.

Só faltou um frigobar e duchinha higiênica no apartamento.
