If you are looking for a quiet and family-friendly place to stay in Kisoro, Agape house is the place for you! Andrew and his parents welcomed us as if we were part of the family, they even let us eat with them in the evening and cooked us an excellent dinner with local products. They also recommended different activities for the day and Andrew is really helpful if you need a hand with transport or to organise some activities. In short, loving family and quiet and clean place. Thank you very much for everything!

It truly did feel like a home away from home, with super friendly hosts. The breakfast was delicious, the bed very comfortable. If you need anything, they will make sure to advice and/or help

I absolutely loved my stay at Agape house! The room and bathroom were spotless and the bed very comfortable. But what makes this accommodation special is the family who runs it. Esther and Gideon are incredible hosts who make you feel so at home from the moment you arrive. Sitting down and chatting over breakfast and dinner felt like I was staying with family. And the food Esther cooks is absolutely delicious! Their son Andrew is the person to ask about what to do around Kisoro as has a wealth of knowledge about activities in the area. He is attentive and super helpful and a lovely person in general. If you're looking for a slice of home away from home, this is the place to be. I can't wait to go back.

The hospitality was top notch and amazing. The house is run by some of the friendliest people in Uganda. The reception was awesome and we totally felt like we were at home! We were treated so respectfully by the hosts that we would willingly have stayed if we had the time.

What a wonderful stay! Gideon and Esther were above and beyond welcoming. The gated house has two rooms with attached bathrooms, along with other rooms I didn't see, but my guide stayed in. They provided a warm, local dinner and great conversation. We had tea together and fresh fruits and juice were provided upon my arrival. Their son came by and was enjoyable to talk to. He is an eco-conservationist and manages a nearby zip line you should check out. They leant me soap and basins for washing my clothes and had clothes lines in the back, surrounded by a growing veggie garden we ate from. They don't have permanent wifi yet, but their son provides a fast hotspot through a phone left overnight. When you meet good, local people during long travels, you feel at home. I hope they are doing well and that more people visiting Kisoro stay in this accommodating homestay!

I have no complaints. They are like a second family thousands of miles away from home.
