Agape House Kisoro

Staying with Gideon and Esther was one of the highlights of our visit to Uganda and Rwanda, assisted by their son Andrew whose communication is first class. Their hospitality was excellent and we were welcomed like long lost friends. At the last minute we asked if our driver, Emma, could be accommodated which proved no problem. We had also asked whether dinner could be provided and Esther served a wonderful meal, which was so extensive that we could not do it justice as we all sat round the table together and chatted late into the evening. The room was clean and comfortable and very much as one would expect for a private home. I suspect that we will remain in touch with this lovely family, and we hope to revisit at some time in the future.More

Very clean, very kind hosts

Lovely place and such an incredibly welcoming family. Gideon, Esther and Andrew took such good care of us, and we had an amazing homecooked meal with them one of the two nights we stayed. Esther even got up to make us breakfast at 5am when we were off to see the gorillas! They also brought us juice, fruits and tea on several occasions which was very much appreciated. Short walk into town as well, and we could safely park the car within the walls.
