Penginapan Sedap Malam

We loved Kadek, him and his wife were lovely and the bar area was a great place to have a good time with him and other guests in the evening. Mattress looked almost new and the air con worked well. WiFi was also good. Our breakfast of banana pancakes were lovely! Liked our little outdoor area with table and bench. Also can’t beat the price!

The bathroom didn’t feel clean and was very small (shower basically on the toilet) and it’s a cold shower. Also we only had one small blanket for the two of us. We were promised a garden view but just had a view of the parking area.

Kadek's place is one of the best stays I have ever visited. The staff is very friendly, helpful in every way, and right from the first day, we felt at home. Newly renovated and clean rooms.

- Very bad location, takes a long time to walk to the beach (at least 20 min.), same with the next restaurant (which are not good). Even the way to the immigration office is far. You NEED a scooter. - I had loud neighbors and I was not able to work - Not very clean - Cold shower, after 4 min. - bugs in the room

Check in was very simple and showed us straight to our room as soon as we arrived with no hassle. We would highly recommend the Dolphin trip through the hostel as it was a great experience and at a very good price as well. The property was close to an Alfamart and there were a handful of nice restaurants around a 10 min walk from the property. Overall it was a decent stay for the price.

We cannot speak about all the rooms but our rooms aircon didn’t work so we had a fan instead. This is normally okay but the room for some reason retained heat like a sauna and made it quite uncomfortable to sleep at times. The room lacked plug sockets so this was a pain to balance between having the fan on or charging our phones etc. Also… be wary when opening the gate to enter the property as I think the dogs at this hostel have some sort of rivalry going on as they attacked each other a few times quite viciously. Also, the shower is cold so if you don’t like cold showers then be prepared!

Very clean and very kind host!! Definitely worth the price.

We loved the room. Nice area to sit outside your room or in a more communal area. Breakfast was delicious every morning! We loved the omelettes. Hotel is about a ten minute walk to some lovely restaurants (we recommend Warung Bali 9) or about 30 mins to a busier area near Lovina beach. We organised our dolphin trip through the hotel and it was amazing. We also organised our scooter rental through hotel. Very helpful. Very good value for money.

Room is basic but good value for money.

Such great value got money. Lovely puppies and cats running around and lovely guests there as well. Breakfast I’m the morning my was lovely and the dolphin swimming is less that 5 minutes away
