The Swan

The Swan was perfect for us breaking our journey from London. The staff were extremely friendly and efficient and the atmosphere of the Inn was exceptional. The dinner was just what we were after and the breakfast the next day was perfect.

Everything was fantastic! The Swan is located in a beautiful little village, which is lovely to walk around. The hotel is fantastic. The rooms were clean, comfortable and all of the services provided were more than expected. The staff were so accommodating and the food superb! Beyond expectations! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Very good for breakfast and evening meal. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was very comfortable. You just had to remember to watch out for the low beams.

The location meant that there was a bit of traffic noise, but this abated late evening and night.

The food at dinner and breakfast was very good, served in a pleasant environment. Staff were friendly and attentive. Plenty of towels provided for our stay, but the room was disappointing.

Thick, thick dust in our room and ensuite, cobwebs in corners of room. Cleanliness left a lot to be desired. Broken chair at dressing table, not sat in as it was far too small for an adult. Empty tissue box and poor toiletries in bathroom. Not really good enough for what we paid.
