I like the rustic feel, but without the dog smell. Large Room. The food in the restaurant was simple but very good. Thought there would be restaurant & bar noise, but there was none.

Someone was moving heavy furniture around late at night, for at least a half hour right above my room. I think it is wonderful that some hotel/motels allow pets, but the owners should have clean pets before bringing them to accommodations where other people are going to stay and sleep. This room smelled of "dog" from the second I walked in. I guess a reasonable deposit is necessary, especially for dog owners. Rob, I want to know, if the room I was given, #1, is your only, quote "no-pet room", why was there a doggie cleaning basket with doggie biscuits, and a hearth with a doggie pillow in the room?

The room was clean and a great size. The bed was comfortable. Air conditioning was a plus! It was nice and cool when we got there. The staff were friendly. We ate at the attached restaurant and enjoyed our meal. Also, there was a drive through coffee and bagel place next store which was convenient for the morning.

The room was large, and air conditioning worked well. Shower was nice with plenty of hot water and good pressure.

No breakfast provided and not many dining choices in the area. There was nothing to prepare us for the room being directly under a bar/casino. Ear plugs were provided alongside each bed, and they helped with the footstep overhead but certainly did not make it enjoyable. There were many flies in the room, and we spent the first half hour swatting the ones we could. The beds were terrible! They were so soft and saggy that it was hard to turn over let alone get out of bed. The cost was way high for what was provided.

Huge rooms, huge bathroom and tiled shower. It was the most homey stop on our 10-day trip. The bed is very comfortable. It was super hot the day we stayed and staff had the AC set nice and cool before we arrived. Great food on site (plus karaoke the night we stayed), but there was zero noise downstairs in our room. We will definitely recommend the lodge to others!

We had no problems with this room.

It was in very close proximity to the wedding we were in town to celebrate. Price was good. Room was spacious.

The lighting in the room as very dim. Recommend each room have its own fly swatter.
