Buffalo Lodge of Bigfork

I liked how spacious the room was.The beds were very comfortable.

Confused about check in. The outside seating and grounds need some help. The shower didn't have an edge to keep water in the shower which made a drenched bathroom floor. The sofa bed didn't have any sheets.

The room was large and was clean. We were allowed to check in late. Communication with owner was excellent. The owner was very flexible in changing our reservation at the last minute.

There were no immediate directions for internet, but was able to text w owner and eventually establish a connection.

Location was great. Staff was very friendly. Room was clean.

Outdoor area could really use some attention. Cleaning it up would do a lot to improve this lodge.

The location.

This is not a traditional accommodation. Maybe saying it is a lodge should have given us a hint as to what we had in store. There were only five rooms and they were on a lower level under the bar, restaurant, casino. There was a separate entry for them but not really obvious as to where to find them. You have to check in at the bar as there is no front desk for checking in or requesting items. The person behind the bar gave us instructions on how to access our room. She was busy with customers at the bar and didn't have time to really explain the procedures. The room was nice enough but had 2 light bulbs that were burnt out and outside lighting was an issue as the widows were at ground level and we couldn't really open them for light. We should have done some more research to get a better idea of what the property was before making our reservation. We were only there for one night and we made the best of it.

Très belle chambre. Lits confortables. Bien équipée frigo micro-ondes et cafetière. Coin salon ou l on pouvait dîner. Coin dehors bien sympa

Room, owner or the guy who showed us the room

Let people know this is a casino, and you play karaoke until 11p. That's not everyone's idea of vacation. Thank you for leaving earplugs. Also, the Wi-Fi is horrible. I want my money back.

The bed was SO comfortable! The bedding was phenomenal also! Check in was super simple. The access was so easy right below a bar & restaurant, so we didn’t have to go far for anything & our door was right by the exit door to go to the parking lot, which was great! The TV was also a very good size. Had two sinks, one in the bathroom & one in the front room by the fridge, so getting ready in the morning was quick because we didn’t have to share sink or mirror space.

The lighting was a little dark. The window did accommodate for that pretty well though. The door, after being shut & locked, looked like it was cracked open just a smidge, which was kind of spooky, but we never felt unsafe.
