Very close to the event we were there for. We had three out of the four rooms for our group, so nice to have the communal feel.

Was difficult to get hold of the entry instructions-by luck we found the owner in the garden at the second time of trying (although, to be fair, I was early so my fault!). However, when we got in, he was lovely and very helpful.

One night, but certainly not the last. The price and location are a big plus. The room is clean and large.. coffee, tea and something sweet are available in the room. I definitely recommend it and I will definitely come back

Rooms were lovely and complimentary water was great

Room was way better than expected. Nice range of free tea etc. Even a Hot Chocolate and Penguin! Shower was not posh but very clean and lots of hot water.
