"Overall, a great base to see the sights of the city. Would recommend."

Great and quiet location, close to train station and city centre. Staff/owner very friendly, helpful and accomodating. Room was clean, inviting and warm. Very good value for money.

Maybe a carpeted floor. Understand why not as is much easier to clean but would have helped with noise when walking about.

Large clean room. Shared bathroom wasn't a problem, 2 bathroom s next to bedrooms. Comfortable and clean and warm Plenty of free bottles of water, tea, coffee, milk and biscuits. 10 minutes walk to templemeads train station. An easy 20 minutes walk to the city centre . We were texted the key safe code at check-in time.

The colours in Bathroom were a bit fearsome 🤣 It could look a lot nicer. But it was very clean
