We appreciated that the place was clean and cosy.

The surroundings of the building looked a little bit untidy but it's not the owners' fault.

Staff were super friendly and the place was very clean. Nice selection of teas and biscuits in the room and they offered us a breakfast on the house on one of the days! Thank you! It was also very easy to walk to from town centre/Temple Meads station.

The bed was so uncomfortable that it was upsetting to lie in - sunk in mattress with springs jutting out. I have a bad back and 3 nights in that bed nearly broke me.

The bedding was great, love foxes.

Nothing, was quite nice, there was a big rave next door that you can’t help

Good location for train station. Cold water left out which was a great help with the hot weather.

Lot of building work in the area, fairly basic

very friendly manager, cosy room, not too far to walk from temple meads, not nearly as expensive as many other places near the station

Definitely not the fault of the venue but there was a massive power outage in the area the moment I arrived in my room late at night which created a bit of a scary situation! but I was very well looked after by them in any case
