"Great setting nice lunchtime menu but as a hotel too expressive and the standard too low"

Location is lovely. Lunch was delicious. Staff were friendly and obliging.

The bed was so uncomfortable. It’s a cheap thin metal frame with a very hard yet thin uncomfortable mattress and thin hard pillows. I woke in discomfort every 30-60 minutes all night and was exhausted and in pain when I got up. The gap at the end of the bed for getting from the bed fo to the bathroom was so tiny I kept bashing my legs on the bed frame.The sink plug hole would not open to drain the basin and we rang to ask for assistance but nobody came. Breakfast was very limited. Overall it was far far too expensive

"Would recommend and i will book again. The food looked good and i must try next time."

Cleanliness. Clean simple lines without fuss and kept a cottage/barn style. Seperate toilet facilities.

Would have like the cooked breakfast incuded and maybe a later breakfast.
