The owner, Kate, was very nice and welcoming. The location is good, walking distance to the downtown.

The house itself was not very clean. The room is very small.

After one night we went away to go to a more decent place and the owner gave us back the value of the nights that we had not used. Booking.com helped us to get the money back.

The room was terrible. It was extremely dirty as it had not been cleaned for several time. You can please check the pictures I uploaded. The floor was full of dust, hair, sand, and there was mold on the roof. In the toilet we found a cockroach. The space was cramped and there was not enough room for two people to move. The tap of the bathroom sink was almost a single block of limescale as if it had not been cleaned for years. Also, there was not hot water. The toilet was given to us in the same state as the one of a restaurant used be tens of people and not cleaned for days. White towels were dirty and had brown staines. There was a communal kitchen that was filthy dirty, and I would not dare touching it. Last but not least the owner of the facility was smelling of alcohol when he gave us the room at 11am. Pictures uploaded do not reflect the real state of the rooms. I have updated a few pictures so that you can get an idea. This all comes at the price of €106/night.
