Hotel Malainn

It is cleaned, people are very friendly, front door receptionist is very kind and helpful

I liked the the size of the room, which is big. Other than that, nothing was good.

Front office has only one guy always, most of the time not available in the place. He forgot to collect the key from me, while checking out. This shows their attentiveness.

The property was in a great location. The room was a good size and complimentary bottled water was provided. The front-desk staff are friendly.

The furniture seemed a bit battered and had a lot of marks on it, but didn't affect the night's sleep. The room could have been a bit cleaner in general.

Персонал был отзывчив, помог заказать еду поздним вечером. В номере было довольно чисто.

Окна номера выходили на дорогу, было шумно. Номер выглядит так себе, неуютно. Белье чистое, но на нем были пятна. По индийской традиции не выдают туалетную бумагу, вероятно дали бы если бы я попросила, но решила уже не тратить на это силы.
