Jackson's Falls Country Inn

Le petit déjeuner était excellent, l’endroit est magnifique, le personnel sur place pour le déjeuner le matin très sympathique.

Nous aurions aimé prendre l’apéro et pouvoir souper sur place mais les soupers sont seulement du jeudi au samedi. Mais comme ce n’est pas une grande auberge je comprends. Nous sommes arrivés dimanche après-midi donc il n’y avait pas de personnel sur place, on ne savait pas trop où aller pour manger. Ou on pouvait acheter de la nourriture, du vin etc…il y a internet mais c’est jamais comme quand quelqu’un de la place recommande un endroit.

Pet friendly, beautiful grounds, great restaurant, and friendly staff. We loved our stay here and would love to come back while staying in PEC

Le charme de la maison et le confort du lit.

La chambre est grande et pourtant il n’y a pas de table ou bureau pour écrire. Nous n’avons vu personne à l’arrivée, ni au départ. Self check-in avec codes. C’est très impersonnel, cela ne correspond pas à ce qu’est une auberge. Nous n’avons pas pu prendre le petit déjeuner. Une personne était seule pour la cuisine et le service, elle était débordée : pas d’accueil, pas de boisson proposée. Quatre autres personnes attendaient. Nous nous sommes lassés d’attendre et sommes partis prendre le petit déjeuner ailleurs.

The room was spacious and the bed comfortable. The shower and bathroom was well equipped with a hairdryer and with shower gel and shampoo and we only stayed two nights but they did a thorough cleaning the second day and changed the towels even though we didn't expect a change for two nights of stay. That was very nice and also the fact that they supplied tea and coffee in the room and more supplies thereafter.

The first day on arrival there was a bell to call attention to check in and we had not read our mails through which we had receive instructions on how to check in. We did not see anybody at all at the desk, we checked in and out with codes. This is not bad but it would have been appreciated to receive the message way before the check in day as we were a bit confused. The room near the bed had fluff.
