The last check in for shared rooms is at 10:00 pm as a measure of coexistence. Early check-in is possible only from 10:00 am and late check-out will only be extended until 6:00 pm, as well as the storage of luggage. WE DO NOT ACCEPT ENTRIES AT EARLY MORNING.Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation. Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. Payment before arrival by bank transfer is required. The property will contact you after you book to provide instructions. Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian. A deposit may be required at the property.

"great peaceful oasis in the middle of merida"

its a calm hostel, very neat and tidy and organized. temperature is also good, and there are mosquito nets in the balcony door. the location is very central, next to paseo montejo. the beds are good, the toilets are clean functional. the lady that runs it is super sympathetic and helped me a lot, in fact she was more helpful than booking support line when sorting out a duplicated reserve from my side

it's not that i didnt like it, but there is a need to coordinate with the lady for the checkin, so have this in consideration

"A peaceful place to rest"

Very clean and calm hostel. Location is very good as well The lady running it is sympathetic and super helpful. She was actually more helpful solving an issue with my reservation than booking customer service itself. Mosquito nets on the doors are great addon. Later on I came back to this same hostel

The reception doesn't work 24h..you basically need to articulate with them the hour you're checking in, but the process is smooth.
