Weak water pressure at shower

Spacious and quiet. It has kitchenette to cook. Long pool if you like to swim to exercise. They provide slippers and free water to drink which is great. Owner was able to accommodate extra bed for a fee. Location is walking distance to a mini grocery, bakery, restaurants and gas station. Staff were nice and took action right away if you have any concern. Not crowded. Feels like you're in a house.

Doors need to be adjusted to open and close properly. Kitchen not fully equipped, and toiletries were limited to shampoo and body wash. AC is only located in bedroom so it may take longer to cool the living area even with ceiling fan. Pool not meant for kids under 4ft.

Cozy private place, the owner and staff are very kind and helpful. Apartments are big and well made. There is everything you may need.Huge and deep swimming pool. In every detail you can see that people do care about this place and it’s such a pleasure to spend time in place like this.

The property was immaculate and very spacious, the maintenance guy (forgot his name sorry) was very helpful and pleasant.

The property isn’t far from Alona Beach but it’s a 25 min walk along a main road with no pavements, fine during the day, at night we were 100php one way to and from Alona.

Noise from dogs and chickens.

Good location just off national highway. Close to Alona but not right in the center. Lovely grounds with spacious room andceonderful pool.

Everything was great except the room was a bit warm ... tolerable but split aircon only in the bedroom and it wasn't working to it's capacity.
