"Very good"

Mattress was super comfortable. Towels were very clean and new. Location was amazing. It's a nice place if you want to enjoy the beach and just sleep inside.

Garden could use some improvements.

Location very close to cliff and all restaurants. Venue is quite nice. Terrace and balcony for use of all quests. Some of the room on first floor - especially with balcony are very nice with renovated bathroom. Stuff was overall very helpful in case of arranging trips and taxis.

Rooms on the grand floor have poor quality. Small. There is no AC. Insects coming in. Toilet has some insects nest. These rooms i dont recommend.

"Superb"

Staff were very friendly, helpful and accommodating. The room was comfortable and clean. A very short walk to the cliff tops/beach, but far enough away that you can't hear the music on the weekends!

We had a lovely stay at Aryavilla Heritage! The manager and his team were incredibly helpful and went out of their way to make us feel at home. We arrived early in the morning and were kindly given a room to rest and recover from our jetlag, and by midday, our beautiful room with a balcony was ready. Communication before and during our stay was easy, eg, the transfers from the airport and to Munnar were organized quickly, were safe and reliable. We can highly recommend Aryavilla Heritage!

Just minor improvement for the room: some hooks or hangers for clothes would have been useful.

Really friendly staff who couldn’t do enough for you. Great breakfast that they even put on early for us. Lovely roof terrace and brilliant location for the main Varkala strip

No AirCon just a fan. Bathroom could do with some serious tlc. Shower hardly worked/heated at all and even just some proper wiring would go a long way!
