We like being together with family. The space in the cabin was good..

We were not informed that the lake had receded significantly by hundreds of meters from the cabins and when we arrived it was very much disappointing! The pictures on the booking website do not reflect the real situation. If we had known we would not have ordered. The sitting area outdoor was full of cobwebs..it didn't feel like there was proper maintenance

Excellent clean and neat cabin. Loved watching the deer in the evenings.

Unfortunately the lake was very low.

Wish the water was closer. The lake level has dropped.

The place is great. Beautiful view, big room, nice full kitchen, great staff, super friendly. Cozy ac kept the room cold, easy parking. Very peaceful and they provide kitchenware, coffee and even have extra floats and charcoal if you forget yours. The shower is nice and updated. Clean beds and linens and towels. And when the water is low there are other parts of the lake you can drive up to that are not far at all. Great place. Staff is super helpful with information for the area. Loved our stay and would love to come back and stay again!! The water was absolutely beautiful and we had so much fun.

The only issues were the beds were a little uncomfortable , just because they were spring mattresses and wish there was a tv for night time. But we brought my laptop for a movie at night and they have free WiFi. Wish the water was higher but that’s the weathers fault lol. Otherwise it comes basically right up to the back porch and down some easy steps. Overall everything is great and would highly recommend staying here.

We have stayed at oasis Lake Buchanan twice we loved it the first time that we stayed we spent the whole weekend with our kids and had fun kayaking and playing in the water the view was amazing we decided to book a second quick trip just so we could stay the night and then go visit family we arrived at 9 PM went straight to bed woke up and left by 10 AM we enjoyed our stay but unfortunately I had left an expensive tablet in the room and it was never found again I do realize it was my responsibility to walk through the room but when I called by 330 that same day the device was already missing I had politely texted the owner informing him of the device being missing he came off a little rude on response maybe a little frustrated at the fact that my husband had called also but the tablet was expensive it’s unfortunate because we have really wanted to book more rooms and stays there and we come out that way every weekend and have never experienced an issue like that before it’s a beautiful place but always always walk through your room. We have decided to not book again.

I’ve stayed at Oasis a couple times now and I’ve really enjoyed it. The owner Josh, is friendly and professional. I recommend this place to all my friends and family. And I can’t wait to go back again.
