Great location, good bed, fan, private bathroom, friendly Host.

As indicated on pictures bathroom is 1.1 square meters, so very very tight to fit a toilet, sink and shower, and the door that turns inside the bathroom but manageable. Pretty warm as there’s no AC and regular power cuts so the fan will stop working. The stay was nice over all, we just didn’t really like the fact the host was a bit pushy for anything where he could earn money (get motorbike, get tricycle, …)

The staff working there are very friendly. It's a great value for what you pay. Also a great rotation, close to the beaches

Nothing, everything was great

Everything was great. The location , the people . The room itself, super clean and comfortable. The people are the nicest. You can rent a scooter, and they also offer pickups and transfers. Also there is a family owned store across the street where you can buy nearly anything. Highly recommended!

Ideally located for a great price. I stayed in the blue room and had to do some work whilst there. The WiFi connection was great and I could comfortably do video calls from the room. Set back from the road you have privacy and a nice terrace to enjoy but it’s also close to the main strip in San Juan. Rex and the staff were kind, helpful and attentive.

Sometimes there was a bit of noise from extra loud motorbikes but nothing unusual for the Philippines.

i like that the owner/staff are friendly amd accomodating, it was a good value for the price we pay. the rest of the trip went well, all thanks to the staff who have suggested great itinerary to us.

it was noisy due to the water motor pump, but it's okay, we paid for a cheap room so its a tie
