"Great stay at RYJ’s!"

We had a great stay at RYJ’s! The room was great for what we needed and the aircon was nice and cold. The owners were really great, they helped us book a tour of the island for a fair price and were very warm and welcoming! The location was good, only a short walk to the open air swimming pool/beach and a few nice restaurants and bars. We appreciated the free water refills!

Small bathroom but this was expected. We couldn’t get the tap to stop dripping so the bathroom was always wet, but not a big deal.

"Our stay was amazing"

We liked everything about this hotel. Location is unbeatable, very close the beach, restaurants and stores. The room was very clean and big enough to be comfortable with our bags. There are mosquito nets so you can open the window to ventilate. Even though the bathroom is small, it wasn’t an issue for us. There’s no warm water but you don’t really need it as it’s so hot. Staff were all kind and helpful. I highly recommend staying here!

Maybe the fan could be somehow closer to the bed as it didn’t reach us properly but it wasn’t a big issue.

"Wonderful Stay"

We had a wonderful stay at RYJ. They are very accommodating, organize tricycles if you need them, the location is very central and you can rent motorbikes directly there. We would stay again!

"Great place to stay"

The staff were lovely, very friendly and helpful. Great location only a short walk to shops, beaches, bakery and some nice cafes. Air con was a saviour although it was a bit loud. Nice area upstairs outside to sit and chill

No hot shower or water in the room. However, you could buy a 20 litre container for only 25 pesos which was good but we didn't use it all in 2 days.A communal fridge would have been nice too. Those changes would make it a 10 for us.

"Okay stay"

Comfy place to stay. The location was handy for restaurants.

The shower soaks the entire bathroom. Like a wet room. Noisy outside every morning and aircon was not great. The hosts give no discounts for staying such as airport lift etc. No water provided at all, not even one bottle when you arrive.
