"Well-located property with modern facilities"

Great location and great property. However there were no staff on site overnight so when the fire alarm went off early in the morning we had to ring the fire brigade to investigate. We tried to contact the managers on their phones but had to leave messages.

No staff on the property overnight or in the morning in case anything went wrong, such as the fire alarm going off in the morning.

Very squashed. No shampoo supplies. Porridge pots supplied but no spoons and only one tea spoon in room.

"Room was as descibed. NOISE was totally unaceptable!"

No breakfast provided. The staff were very welcoming, efficient and pleasant.

No body mentioned the trains, only 30 yards from the room and at the same level. They ran frequently all through Friday night. However, I didn't really hear the trains on Saturday. They were drowned out by a, loud, awful band with a drummer with a huge ego and a singer that was out of tune
