Beautiful place, very nice and clean.

There is no hot water and the room has an open ceiling style which means it is open to the environment and all the insects and bugs. These information are not provided on the site so we found out after we arrived and got to our room late at night which it came as an unpleasant suprise. If these information were provided on the site (not provided as of now, hopes it get added) so the person can make a judgment if they are okay with it or not ahead of time, this would have been totally fine.

Amazing spot…a little bit of a walk to the centre and the beach but if you rent a scooter is perfect!! Carlos, the guy that looks after the property is super nice and caring!! Everything was clean and comfortable and the sunsets you can watch from the balcony were spectacular

Carlos was great. Came down right away to let me in and show me the property. For the price I paid, this place more than exceeded my expectations. It's a bit out of the way, but, its a beautiful property and well maintained. Carlos gave great directions to find the place. Had a great view of the ocean in the background, with a relaxing hammock to enjoy it from. Room was tastefully decorated with a nice bathroom and shower (water pressure was pretty weak, but, it didn't bother me). I was only there for a night, but, the common area had a full kitchen that was stocked with everything you'd need to cook for yourself if you were there for longer.

Its the second time I stay here, and despite the two days where the kitchen didnt work (no electricity, no water, no gas) - this is the best place I’ve stayed in, in Zipolite. I recommend it

The kitchen was out of service on different occasions during my stay. However, it was fixed pretty quick after mentioning it to the staff
