Das Frühstück war ausserordentlich gut. Sehr nettes Personal. Schöne Zimmer mit wunderschönem Badezimmer.

Alles war perfekt es gibt nichts Negatives.

Das Frühstück war sehr gut und reichlich. Das Hotel liegt sehr zentral und der Bahnhof kann gut zu Fuß erreicht werden. Bergbahnen gut mit Bus und Bahn erreichbar. Sehr freundliches Personal. Sehr zuvorkommend.

"Loved! Would stay again!"

The hotel and room was very clean, comfortable, and pretty. We had a view of the sweet town of Appenzell. The staff were also very, very nice and friendly. Breakfast was included with the room and was delicious - local soft boiled eggs, a variety of cheeses, breads, and meats, yogurt, etc. I would stay here again and would 100% recommend.

We loved this hotel! The only thing to note is the shower is a bit tight, and the room does not have AC and does get warm. However, they provide a fan and the windows do open. We opened our three windows and did not have any issues with noise or bugs.
