Staff were very helpful and friendly and also let us go in earlier.

The bed wasn't a king size also. Not a lot of room, but I guess the building itself also on the stairs. The carpet was lifted, which caused a bit of a trip hazard.

Hard to say anything positive

The room was tiny on a slant away from windows. Out of date decor, grubby broken bathroom rail and bathroom door handle. The over all quality was poor. There were roadworks directly outside the window which ran the entire night so we left at 1.15 the second night as had no sleep
