Great location, friendly staff

The water even after turning on the heating was not warm enough. The heating was totally cold with no knobs to regulate it. There was a portable heater which of course we did not use

The location was central to Ashbourne but no parking

The room was very tired marks on the wall and stains on carpet .there was no head board .Mirror in bathroom.was missingToilet seat not fixed and loose on floor.It was dreadful it exploited the fact that it was central to Ashbourne and they could get away with very poor conditions.

"Photos are a lie, really bad."

Location was nice outside.

I understand wear and tear but the room wasn't even clean. The facilities were also dangerous. The photos are completely misleading and the owners have made no effort to make the rooms even somewhat appealing. Really disappointed and feel slightly cheated into spending money.

The property is in a good central location.

The rooms look nothing like the pictures and were very dated and unclean. Mould everywhere, dust everywhere and generally just not to standard at all. There were flies in the shower basin and a leaky toilet.
