The pub & staff is a really lovely calming place with a lovely restaurant and the rooms were amazingly clean, refreshed and exceeded our expectations. if you are going somewhere be aware that uber doesn't work but we had a lovely taxi driver to take us out for the day and it is also close to Rye.

It was such a cozy and comfortable place. Tucked away in such a quiet part of the world. The building really made you appreciate the area. Rooms were fantastic and spacious. The staff were absolutely amazing and so friendly and catered for any needs. The food in the restaurant was also so good and portions were really generous.

Very easy check-in. Room was very comfortable, very clean and very spacious. Breakfast was delicious, staff very attentive. We enjoyed our stay, thank you very much.

We had a fantastic time at The Three Chimneys. Dinner and breakfast were great, and the rooms were lovely (we stayed in the Pheasant). The staff were also absolutely amazing when I completely cocked up our booking. We'll be back!
